ARTISTS / Jo-kun Yamagishi

Born in 1977, Japanese artist Jo-Kun Yamagishi started his career with ceramics artworks after working as a car mechanic for 15 years. He then self-learnt on the Nerikomi and other skills related to ceramics for years, until he opened his own studio on 2012. Yamagishi has been active in events, group and solo exhibitions around the world.
