門市自取與本地送貨條款
1. 門市自取服務： 客人於網上確認訂單後，將收到我們的取貨通知。請於收到通知後14個工作天內，憑訂單資料親臨本畫廊門市領取藝術品。如委託他人代領，代領人須出示訂單確認紀錄。
2. 本地送貨服務： 本地送貨一律採用「順豐速運」之「到付」服務，運費由買家於收件時直接支付予速運公司。為確保藝術品運送安全，我們會為所有作品進行專業包裝。鑒於藝術品屬易碎物品（Fragile），運送過程中所產生之任何損壞或遺失風險，均由客人自行承擔。
Store Pick-up and Local Delivery Terms
Store Pick-up: Upon online order confirmation, customers will receive a pick-up notification from us. Please present the order details and collect the artwork in person at our gallery within 14 working days of receiving the notification. If someone else is designated to collect on your behalf, the representative must present the order confirmation record.
Local Delivery: All local deliveries will be shipped via SF Express on a Freight Collect (到付) basis, with shipping fees paid directly by the buyer to the courier upon delivery. To ensure safe transit, all artworks will be professionally packaged by us. Given that artworks are fragile items, any risk of damage or loss incurred during the transportation process shall be borne entirely by the customer.
